Due to the handmade nature of our products, North Letter does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
As genuine leather is a natural material and every item is handmade, variations in grain, colour, texture, markings, and patina development are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
12-Month Warranty
All North Letter products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship or materials under normal use.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, scuffs, or marks from use
- Natural leather characteristics
- Colour changes or patina development
- Water damage
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care
- Modifications or repairs carried out by a third party

Each claim will be assessed individually, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, North Letter will repair, replace, or provide another appropriate remedy at its discretion.
